We are known to climb a ladder, get dirty, help in the kitchen, drive a box truck full of supplies or literally whatever is needed to ensure an amazing event experience.
Hi, I’m Stacy Abeles, the owner and founder of Abeles & Company. I’m an award-winning event producer and accomplished relationship manager with more than 2 decades of experience with notable national nonprofit organizations and grassroots local organizations.
Since high school I was always the one “making the plans” for everyone -planning the weekends, birthday parties, concerts and later in life girls’ trips,bridal/baby showers and then the kids’ school fundraisers. It’s no surprise that this love of engaging with new people and investing in those relationships would become my profession as a political fundraiser, event/meeting professional, and later a nonprofit development executive who has raised multiple millions of dollars for local and national causes.
Wrapping Gifts, Birthday Favors, Building Projects, Anything "Campy" - Bracelet Making, Tie Dye, Etc.
Professional sideline cheerleader and chauffeur, and love being in schools to volunteer (and get a sneak peek into kids’ world)
Like to incorporate tastes, textures and experiences from my own travels/or clients’ favorite places/adventures into events to make them unique, delicious and memorable
When I first started event planning, I loved it because of all the fine details and the enjoyment I received watching my clients experience their meeting/event/fundraiser as a guest and participant.
Abeles & Co. allows me to marry my passion for providing exceptional event experiences with my desire to help the community.
As an event and nonprofit consultant my goal is to help my clients create memorable and meticulous event experiences. My years of development work also make me uniquely qualified to offer strategic guidance to my nonprofit clients to maximize fundraising efforts and further their important missions through their events. It’s the perfect collaboration of efforts, especially when resources and staff time are limited.
We’d like to schedule an event in 2026. Do you book that far in advance?
YES! It’s never too early to contact Abeles & Company to inquire about services, especially if you are without a date or venue or this is your inaugural event. We are currently booking Corporate, Nonprofit and Social Event through Q1 2027. We do take a limited number of Bar and Bat Mitzvahs each year. We do not take any Wedding Clients.
We’re hoping to run a fundraising event this year but we don’t know how to project the financial impact it will have. Is this something you can help us with?
Absolutely, nonprofit revenue projections are our jam! We would be happy to work with you and your team to learn more about your organization, past events/projects and do some revenue projection for future fundraisers.
Can we use some of the current vendors we like in addition to the ones you suggest?
Of course. I do not have any exclusive vendor partners that my clients are required to utilize for their events. I do however have a plethora of talented vendors and service providers I am happy to recommend as needed.
If we hire you for our four big events this year, are we expected to put you on payroll?
That’s the beauty of utilizing an event consultant. While I am an extension of your team, and love that I feel and look like an employee to your constituents/clients, I am not not salaried, nor take benefits. I can work on a per project basis or on a retainer.
Will you be able to work with our current development director/events director to plan the event?
Of course! My role is to support your team through event planning and logistics, and I also offer consulting services, so they can focus on mission driven work. Simply put, I help alleviate stress and workload so your team can do the work they were hired to do.
I’m planning my 2nd child’s bar mitzvah on my own and I need someone that weekend to make sure everything is done the way I envisioned. Can I book your for day-of event services?
My mitzvah packages include full service mitzvah planning (Saturday Day & Night) and full service mitzvah weekend (Friday-Sunday) planning services. I do not offer day-of event services as I take a limited number of mitzvah clients each year.

I am a typical left brain/right brain hybrid. I’m very imaginative and creative with resources and budget, yet logical and always creating timelines and plans for my plans. It is what has made me a successful relationship manager, fundraiser and event planner over the years.
