First we’ll schedule a one hour call/face to face meeting to get to know each other - see where you are in the process, what vendors you’ve booked, themes you have in mind, budget established and go over a basic timeline. We can answer any questions you have about the process and planning in general.

Once we’ve met, I’ll take everything back and begin developing plans, requesting vendor proposals, mapping out a more detailed/itemized budget, creating a realistic timeline and assigning deadlines to myself/vendors.

Final months of planning move into implementation to ensure all the details are in place in preparing for the first vendor/truck to roll onsite for load in.
